Public Safety – Conducting Call Center Intake Task, When Exact Address is Unknown, Using Entries Feature on Console

1.  Call Center Personnel Login to Crisis Track Account Console via Computer Browser at: https://www.crisistrack.com/ctc2/login.jsp

2.  Select incident from Existing Incident dropdown list

3.  Select Entries Feature

4.  Select New > Initial Damage Report

5.  Add Entry Page Appears. In Form

a.  Change Status Field to Complete

b.  Leave Task Field at Default (Greyed out Assign Task)

c.  If approximate location is given, (i.e. two cross streets), move map so approximate location is in view

d.  Select Geocode Radio Button

e.  Select Hand icon and click on the approximate location on the map

f.  Owner Information and Address Fields Self Populate (Data pulled from Crisis Track Database)

g.   Select Damage Level from Has Damage Field (None, Damaged, Destroyed)

h.  Select Damage Type from Type of Damage Field (Building, Road, Bridge/Culvert, Debris)

i.   Enter any comments in Notes Field. No picture is required to be attached since information is received via phone call. Click Save.
