Call Center Module

Dispatchers and/or EOC staff can document resident self-reports submitted via phone in the Call Center Module.

To add an entry to the Call Center module

1.     On the Home page, in the Existing Incident menu, locate and select the incident and then click Select. The Incident page opens.

2.     In the View section, click the Call Center icon. The Call Center page opens.

3.     In the Form list, select Intake Report and click New. The Add Entry page opens. 

4.     Enter this information.

5.     Click Save.
