How Do Parent Account Users View Jurisdiction Incident Data on the Mobile App?
As a user in a county/parent account, you can also access jurisdictions’ incident data on mobile devices.
1. Log into the Crisis Track app on your mobile device
2. Select your incident
3. Click on the Jurisdiction field and select a jurisdiction from the list. Click Done. Select Collect Data.
4. Choose a team
5. Choose a task
6. Click View
7. From here, you can view, edit, and/or add entries
